| Who is Desmo Times? | |
| DESMO TIMES was created by me, LT Snyder. My love affair with Ducatis began in 1996, when I purchased a used '96 M900. Since that time, I have managed to fill the garage with other Ducks. I began tearing apart and modifying my own Ducatis in 1998, including full frame-off restorations. In 2000 I began working on Ducatis professionally. I don't own dozens of bikes, like some collectors, and am not independently wealthy. But I do love ducatis, perform all of own work, and am not eccentric. This fact separates me from many Ducati collectors. |

| I have cataloged the history of my motorcycling purchases in a web-format. If you are interested in reading the history of my motorcycle purchases click here. | |
| My personality is a bifurcated one - while I enjoy the solitude of working on motorcycles, I also enjoy putting people together who share the same passion. The motorcycle industry is all about making and maintaining a network of friends. | |

DESMO TIMES is a two person effort - myself and my wife Suzi. That doesn't mean that others don't help me out. I have an excellent array of vendors that stand behind me. Additionally, I am proud of the high percentage of repeat customers that I have. |
| DESMO TIMES is a very stable organization. I do not debt-finance my motorcycling endeavors. This allows me to have fun with my business without worrying about where the next meal is coming from. |

| While I love ducatis, I must make the requisite disclaimer that I am in no way affiliated with Ducati SPA or Ducati North America. Nor am I an authorized Ducati facility. I am independent, and prefer to stay that way. I love Ducatis and doing things to make them more rideable and enjoyable. I leave the hobnobbing and politicing to others. I love to ride and wrench, in that order. I find it is a plain and simple formula to my happiness. | |

DESMO TIMES is the third of my current careers. First, I am a college professor who instructs in the area of business strategy. My second career is a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, where I serve as an officer in the USASOC (Special Operations Command). Being in the reserve means a weekend each month and two weeks a year ... that I have off! What time is left is spent on my real passion - motorcycling. If I'm not in uniform or spending quality time with my wife, I'm either working on bikes, writing articles about motorcycling, or thinking about riding. DESMO TIMES consumes about 30 hours a week of my schedule. With the construction of my new facilities in 2008, the focus of DESMO TIMES shifted a little -- more towards the retail end of my business and less on the informal aspect. I've poured a lot of money into motorcycling, and I take it seriously. |
