The factory pro jet kit includes 3 different main jet sizes, replacement pilot jets, diaphragm springs, titanium jet needles, float bowl and diaphragm cover screws and nichel-plated emulsion tubes. The inclusion of the plated emulsion tubes and titanium jet needles eliminates one of the biggest contributors to poor low throttle opening response - worn needles and or emulsion tubes. Detailed instructions included for Do-it-yourself perfection. Don't confuse this jet kit with the older Factory Pro jet kit WITHOUT the replacement emulsion tubes.

Hint for replacing the emulsion tubes: You must remove the float/needle valve and seat first, then remove the diaphragm and slide. Use a 6mm socket to remove the brass screw and shim securing the emulsion tube in the float bowl chamber. Next gently tap the emulsion tube from the float bowl chamber side and pull the whole jet assembly free from it's base (gasket will stick to the carb body). The tube should start pushing into the diaphragm chamber. Note the orientation of the cutout in the side of the emulsion tube. The new one must go back in the same way.
