The best time to perform a throttle cable lube is when you're doing winter maintenance or a valve adjustment. This simple luber attaches to the can lube straws to lubricate the cable. Also offered here is the lub I use and sell - Dupont Teflon lube. I use it on my throttle cables just like use it for my chain lube.
