Use this socket tool on all Ducatis. Perfect tool for rotating/holding the vertical cylinder cam wheel during belt installation. Also needed for cam wheel removal. A separate cam wheel holder tool is available here. Socket comes in 2 variants depending on castle nut size. Castle nut size is independent of the number of sprocket teeth.

TO DETERMINE YOUR SIZE, MEASURE WITH A SET OF DIGITAL CALIPERS THE OUTER DIAMETER OF THE CASTLE NUT FROM THE OUTER EDGE OF THE SLOT ACROSS TO THE OUTER EDGE OF THE OPPOSING SLOT.
