This tool is purpose-built to capture spring hooks on exhaust headers/pipes. After knocking myself out when a pair of pliers slipped on a spring hook (which then hit me in the eye and layed me out), I decided to use the right tool from then on. The T-handle ensures proper grip and leverage on the most stubborn of springs. Essential for exhaust disassembly and assembly.
