There are a variety of hose clamps used on Ducatis - Clamps for fuel lines, cluch/brake reservoir lines, and vent lines. There are probably 5-6 different sized hose clamps on a given bike, some of which are hard to source. When Ducati started using non-reusable clamps on their fuel pump lines, I decided to find a way to make my own hose clamps. When I tested a product for MCN, I knew I had found the answer. The Clamptite tool uses common safety wire to create a custom-fit clamp for any application. The process is simple and straightforward, but is impossible to replicate without using the tool. When you need to remove the clamp, you simply snip the safety wire and create a new one. Included is a picture/text instruction sheet.
