NOTE 1: Dropping a tooth in
the front sprocket yields the same approximate results as increasing the
size of the rear sprocket 3 teeth.
NOTE 2: If you have changed
the pitch of your chain from 525 to 520, let me know when you order. Use
the following gearing chart to determine your rear sprocket size.
NOTE 3: It is recommended that
the chain be replaced when replacing the sprockets. Worn sprockets accelerate
chain wear by stretching the links in a chain.
NOTE 4: Tooth Size availability
is as follows:
- Option A - 37-41 teeth
- Option B - 36-48 teeth
- Option C - 35-45 teeth (Option
C is ONLY for use with a quick change carrier. If you need a quick-change
Carrier, click HERE)
- Option D - 36-45 teeth
- Option E - 36-42 teeth
NOTE 5: There are no Steel
Sprockets available for bikes with 520 conversions except for single-sided
swingarmed Ducatis.
NOTE 6: All steel sprockets
are either clear anodized or hard anodized black. The quick-change sprockets
to fit the AFAM carrier are clear, and the remaining models are black.
Note 7: Due to the fact that
these sprockets are special order, a 50% restocking fee will apply to
all returned sprockets. Sprockets must be returned in an as-new condition.
Do NOT select a tooth size
outside of the availability for your Option. If you do, I'll send the
size closest to it in terms of availability for that option.
